Deadly.
After the release of their debut album “Dear Fear” in 2020, they have spent the last 2 years working on new material and developing a new sound.
The second album "Slow Burn" was released on November 18, 2023.

It's been a really long time since I've been that impressed by songwriting so creative and smart, plus the courage in displaying such vulnerability, and touched by the sheer beauty of the music, all at the same time. (I'm usually not a fan of digital only music purchases, but just had to make an exception here, after having the pleasure of experiencing a live gig by the wonderful Lucy, and buying the followup album on CD there - also heavily recommended!)

What a pity that I discovered this Berlin-based band 3 years after their dismissal. Hats off to Lute FP who pointed at this, their swan-song. Sometimes this reminds me of a rawer version of Andrea Schroeder, elsewhere of PJ Harvey's earlier stuff, where you could never predict the next emotional/musical outburst. I'm excited to learn that one half of this project was the same Lucy Kruger I'm going to see (with the Lost Boys) on next year's OBS in the Glitterhouse garden!
